Can't forget Red...

School's out!

We welcome vacation with books, backpacks, and papers strewn around the house. I wonder how big the desks really are. The book, pad and paper pile seems enough for an entire class.

We start with the customary sleepover. Can I have him come home on the bus and spend the night? It must have been planned, a well thought out plan, for 2 other neighborhood boys did the same thing. By 9:30 we had 6 teenagers spending the night. JMan has grown accustomed to being around his brother and friends, so had a wonderful time hanging out with the new freshman.

The one thing asked...fold the blankets and straighten up before you leave. They did their best.

Our first casualty of summer...a baseball to the back of the neck while running to 2nd base.
